For the 2020 Lonville Classic we are back in Tuscany, one of Italy’s most beautiful regions.
After last year’s brilliant, but frantic, ‘ultimate road trip’ the 2020 Lonville Classic is all about La Dolce Vita: ‘A Tuscan Romance’.
Participants will experience some of Tuscany’s iconic scenery, country roads and exceptional food and wine.
We will introduce you to historic wine making families, Michelin stared chefs, as well as those impossible to find ‘home made’ restaurants.
Most importantly, the Lonville Classic is all about a glorious weekend away with a group of old and new friends.
Ladies & Gentlemen, start your engines.
What is your Lonville moment?
Accommodation
The rally runs for 4 nights and 3 rally days. We will use one wonderful hotel — Borgo Pignano — for the four nights of the rally. This exceptional Borgo has restored to a beautiful authentic standard with lots of attention to original details. We will make sure you have some time to enjoy the unique place.
Driving program
Each day will feature three stages interrupted by lunch and (wine tasting) visits in unique locations.
We take time for the good things in life so this means relaxed coffee stops and glorious lunches. We will return to the hotel around 4pm each afternoon to allow time to relax and recover prior to cocktails, wine and Tuscan dinners.
Italian cuisine…and wine
We take our food and wine rather serious and take pleasure in making participants taste the local specialties, ranging from Michelin star chefs to impossible to find hidden restaurants in Tuscany’s incredible country side.
In good Lonville Classic tradition

A Tuscan Romance
The Lonville classic was born in 2009 from our passion for classic cars as well as the pleasure to show new and old friends the remarkable places (including food and wine) that we have the pleasure to call ‘our back yard’.
Each year is different but the most important ingredient is a diverse and fun group of participants that share their passion of classic cars in some of Europe’s most beautiful scenery. And yes, we do like our watches too!
We are looking forward to seeing you in September in Tuscany.
Joost, Matt and the Lonville Crew.
